Göteborgs Rullstolsbasketklubb made it to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Tapiolan Honka with 7-20. Thereby Göteborgs Rullstolsbasketklubb finished second in WC Playoff B during Lundaspelen Basket 2020.

Göteborgs Rullstolsbasketklubb also participated in Wheelchair during Lundaspelen Basket 2019. They reached the final in Playoff A, but lost it against Tapiolan Honka with 9-18 and ended up in second place.

Göteborgs comes from Västra Frölunda which lies approximately 230 km from Lund, where Lundaspelen Basket takes place. The area around Västra Frölunda does also provide five additional clubs participating during Lundaspelen Basket 2020 (Hammarkullens Basketklubb, Kvarnby Basket, Onsala Pirates BBK, Ale basket and Högsbo Basket).
