In addition to Team Hamburg, 27 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys U 15. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Team Hamburg could be found in Group 6 together with Værløse BBK, Ik Eos Lund Green and Jonstrup.
Team Hamburg continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åkersberga Basket with 22-64. In the Final, Högsbo Basket Tigers won over Åkersberga Basket and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys U 15. Team Hamburg also participated in Boys U 14 during Lundaspelen Basket 2018.
