In addition to KB "VËLLAZNIMI", 35 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys U 18. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof KB "VËLLAZNIMI" could be found in Group 7 together with Alumil Taaleem Titans UAE '03, Hammarby Basket White and Crackerjacks.

KB "VËLLAZNIMI" continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hammarby Basket Green with 28-29. In the Final, BMS Herlev won over Triple Threat 1 and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys U 18.
