Ik Eos Lund made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against BMS Herlev with 25-37. Thereby Ik Eos Lund finished second in GU15 Playoff A during Lundaspelen Basket 2019. IK Eos Lund also participated in Girls U 14 during Lundaspelen Basket 2018.
